Laguna Ventures, Inc. (LVI) Acquires Information Security
Defense Contracting Firm -- OakHill Group

William M. Senich Named CEO -- OakHill Founder Gregory Hearn to
Remain Active in Daily Operations

MCLEAN, VA, October 9, 2007 –

Laguna Ventures, Inc. (LVI) (www.lvi-usa.com), a newly formed management company with private equity backing, announced the purchase of OakHill Group of McLean, Virginia. OakHill Group is a highly-regarded government contracting firm offering information security management, engineering, and information systems development services. Oak Hill Group is known for having a strong track record serving U.S. intelligence, defense and law enforcement agencies.

LVI partnered with CM Equity Partners (CMEP), a private equity firm, which assisted in deal structuring and transaction financing to complete the acquisition.

“OakHill Group founders, Greg and Sheila Hearn, and their team of experts have built a very solid foundation upon which LVI plans to grow and acquire additional companies,” said William M. Senich, CEO of LVI.  “I look forward to partnering with Greg to continue providing OakHill Group’s superior services to its existing defense customers.
