William M. Senich
President and Chief Executive Officer, LVI
William M. Senich is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of LVI. Mr. Senich is a corporate leader and federal industry executive with over 25 years experience in the public and private sectors. As a former partner with IBM's Global Business Services group, he was responsible for the company's National Intelligence Programs account providing professional services to the U.S. intelligence community.
Mr. Senich's prior positions include Vice President at L-3 Communications (formerly Titan Corporation) where he led the company's Special Operations Division which provided specialized engineering and analytical services to the U.S. Government. He also held sales, marketing and engineering positions at Harris Corporation, Hughes Aircraft Company and Aerospace Corporation.
Mr. Senich received a BSE in Electrical Engineering from University of Michigan and has completed all course work for a MSEE from the University of Southern California.
Rutherford Snyder
VP, Engineering/Operations
Mr. Snyder provides project oversight and directs the day-to-day business operations and internal systems interface, while providing guidance and support for the engineering team. He has over nineteen years of engineering, management and operational experience in the design, development, deployment and support of performance management solutions supporting a variety of commercial and government clients.
After obtaining his B.S. in Computer Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, he launched his career as a computer engineer with the Naval Sea Systems Command where Mr. Snyder provided IT support for Marine Engineers and Naval Architects designing US Navy surface ships and submarines. He then served as a senior systems engineer with J.G. VanDyke & Associates, Bethesda, MD, where he developed operational plans, security policies, user support programs, and hardware/software problem reporting and tracking measures. Mr. Snyder also served in a variety of management and technical advisory roles with UUNET Technologies, where he managed a team that built UUNET's global network management system. He planned and directed the development of a global, scalable real-time system based on commercial products integrated to meet the business process needs of UUNET's Internet Technologies.
Mr. Snyder joined OakHill Group in October of 2000 and has served as a senior engineer supporting various commercial and DOD IT projects ranging from network communications to database design to enterprise architecture development.
Christopher Roberts
Director, Contracts
Christopher Roberts is the Controller and Director of Contracts for LVI. He has primary responsibility for contracts administration, accounting and corporate finance. Mr Roberts has over 22 years experience in government contracting, primarily in the defense and information technology sectors, including professional services and manufacturing businesses. He has served in financial management, business development and program management positions for several leading technology companies in the Washington, DC area, including Pearson Analytic Solutions, CTA Space Systems, System Planning Corp., and Atlantic Aerospace Electronics Corp. An experienced business entrepreneur, he has served as the chief financial officer for three successful startups.
Mr. Roberts has a diverse background as an engineer, corporate lawyer, and financial manager. He received his BS in electrical engineering from MIT in 1975 and worked as a member of the technical staff of Raytheon in Wayland, MA. He received his JD from the University of Virginia Law School in 1978 and practiced in New York City for five years with two major firms, Chadbourne & Parke and White & Case, specializing in commercial litigation and antitrust. Mr. Roberts received his MS in Business Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 1985.
Mr. Roberts is the co-author of Antitrust for Business, and has published articles on antitrust and patent law, space policy, information technology and corporate finance.
