Dr. Roger Roberts, President of RF Roberts Consulting Inc. and serving as President of Goyak Strategic Solutions, a company of the Goyak Group

Roger Roberts has over 20 years of experience in leading strategic campaigns within Aerospace and Defense.  His passion for winning and leadership of people has inspired teams to achieve extremely challenging goals.  Combining this energy with a strong technical background, business experience, and domain knowledge has produced breakthrough results and lead to recognition as one of the top industry strategists.

Roger has developed strategic market and business strategies, new business processes, created new lines of business, and led very competitive multi-billion program capture campaigns.  His leadership has included large teams of people in advanced program development and in multi-billion dollar operations.  As President of RF Roberts Consulting Inc, he has provided a range of enterprise strategy and program capture expertise to aerospace, defense, and commercial companies. 

Roger is currently a member of the Sun Federal Board of Directors, the KOR electronics Board of Directors, the Board of Advisors for FGM, and the Board of Visitors for Northrop Grumman Mission Systems.  He has a Bachelor and Masters degree in Physics and a PhD in engineering from the University of California, Irvine.
